Search for "PayEase Mobile POS" in the App Store or Google Play and download the free companion app.
Register for a PayEase account through the app if you don't already have one. Existing PayEase Gateway customers can use their current credentials.
Turn on the Mobile POS Terminal by pressing the power button for 3 seconds. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and pair with the terminal following the in-app instructions.
Follow the guided setup process in the app to configure your business details, accepted payment methods, and receipt options.
Open the app and enter the payment amount. You can also add product details or notes if needed.
Select the customer's preferred payment method: contactless, chip & PIN, or magnetic stripe.
For contactless: Ask the customer to hold their card or smartphone near the terminal.
For chip & PIN: Insert the card and have the customer enter their PIN.
For magnetic stripe: Swipe the card through the slot.
Once the payment is approved, you'll see a confirmation screen. You can then send a digital receipt via email or SMS, or skip this step.
